The Mayor and all the City Council would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Milan Web Site. Our place on the World Wide Web is for communication. This site is used by our residents providing them with the interactive means to communicate with us and other city departments. Just as important, we want to provide all with a taste of life in Milan. If you are a resident, a visitor, a business looking to expand, a family planning on relocating or just someone enjoying the World Wide Web, we hope you sense a bit of the Milan community experience.

Milan is both typical and unique. It is typical of many cities as can be seen from the tree lined streets and active downtown business district. Milan is also unique in that a real sense of community has developed over the years. People are neighbors helping each other. We are a friendly city with a giving spirit. We also happen to be located in a beautiful area of Southeastern Michigan. |
The Milan Civic Center is located on Neckel Court on the south side of the Saline River and Wilson Park. The Civic Center is home to City Hall, Police Headquarters, the Senior & Community Center, the Milan Public Library, and the Water Distibution Plant.
Milan City Hall overlooks the tranquil Saline River. The Administrative Offices, City Clerk/Treasurer Offices, Building and Assessing Offices are all housed in City Hall, as well as two public meeting rooms.
